Longmorn Distillery - the home of Something Special
The Longmorn Distillery stands in the deepest part of the Scottish Highlands, on the site of an ancient chapel. The name comes from an ancient Gaelic word meaning 'Place of the Holy Man'.
Universally regarded as one of the greatest Speyside malts, cherished by connoisseurs but not widely known. Longmorn is admired for its complexity, its combination of smoothness and fullness of character, and from its big bouquet to its long finish. This whisky has been distilled and matured in exactly the same way for more than a hundred years, and during all that time connoisseurs of fine Scotch whisky have sought it out. It's often referred to as the distillers 2nd favourite single malt, having clearly identified their own special tipple as No. 1.
The award winning single malt Longmorn is aged in oak casks for more than fifteen years, and its fine characteristics contribute to the outstanding blend of Something Special.
